We offer a wide range of units from a one container living unit as a lounge space, bathroom and kitchenette to a six container living complex with full kitchen, bathrooms, five bedrooms and lounge areas. Depending on the location the primary container could be equipped with plumbing for bathing, a toilet, and a sink and another two units which could have two bedrooms within, while the fourth unit composes the kitchen and lounge rooms. The living units have electrical outlets connected to a fuse box and an electric stove, refrigerator, and heating/cooling systems. We have created a level of comfort and security closer to "home" that is extremely affordable. Ideally, this container home unit isn't just a cheap place to sleep, but a place individuals will enjoy spending time and can live comfortably.

Electricity is used to run lights, tools, some appliances, computers, and/or accessories. The idea when planning all utility systems for the living units is to be flexible and prepared to handle as many diverse situations as possible. Obviously, broader flexibility and or adaptability will create more opportunities for remote geographical locations. Access to a local electricity network would be the most ideal solution; however generators can be included to create another source of electricity to keep all household appliances working. Surge protectors and a power converter are basic electrical accessories which are included where necessary. A flush-mounted internal switchboard circuit-breaker for each circuit is installed within the living unit of the complex. Locations away from a local power network generating another source of energy, such as different types solar power systems. We can offer options from cost effective to customized systems that will keep the lights, music, and computers running within the living units. Gasoline or propane powered generators are also another source of available electricity that we can supply with the container unit.

Water is arguably the most important utility and one of the main factors determining the placement of your living unit. Our units supply a water system that requires a source of supply whether it is, pressure, storage, or bore and the plumbing to deliver it where it is required. The most cost effective situation is to hook up to a municipal water supply. We can supply all the requirements, which is a range of fittings and hoses, and fittings which are to the local size standards.

The demountable units can be finished in a variety of options, from a basic painted container unit, to thermal insulated finish, steel cladding or fibrous cement. The internal layout is simple but effective, an open-plan kitchen and living room, from two small bedrooms and a bathroom. Reverse cycle air-conditioning units combine with wall insulation and the natural air-dam created by the container's various surfaces to regulate the internal temperature are featured in the multi dwelling units.
